Your first appointment includes a discussion of your symptoms and health, an examination with your consent, and a plan for next steps. Treatment may be included if appropriate and you agree.
Follow-up appointments review progress and may include further advice or treatment. You will not be asked to pay in advance or commit to a fixed number of sessions.
Finding the clinic and access
The promenade entrance
The clinic is at Natural Fitness and Therapies, Royal Parade, Eastbourne, BN22 7AQ, beside the Redoubt Fortress. The building is on the seafront promenade and is not visible from the road. From Royal Parade or Treasure Island car park, make your way onto the promenade and towards the Redoubt Fortress. Look for the white building shown in the photos, then use the red entrance door facing the beach. Allow a little extra time on your first visit.
Parking
Treasure Island Pay & Display car park and nearby roads are parking options. Check the current signs, charges and restrictions when you arrive; a space cannot be guaranteed.
Steps and access
There are three steps to the building entrance and one internal step. If steps, mobility, communication or other access needs could affect your visit, please contact the clinic before booking so you can discuss whether the setting is suitable for you.

Appointments and availability
Usual clinic hours are Monday–Tuesday, 8am–8pm, and Wednesday–Thursday, 8am–5pm. Check available appointments and book online, or call 01323 335052 if you need help choosing an appointment.
Changing or cancelling a booking
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. A £30 charge applies to cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments. To change your booking, call 01323 335052 or contact the clinic as soon as possible.
Payment, receipts and health insurance
Cash and cards are accepted, except American Express. Please discuss receipts or private health insurance with the clinic before your visit. Check your insurer’s cover, referral and authorisation requirements before booking; reimbursement should not be assumed.
Preparing for your first visit
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring details of any medicines and relevant reports. You are welcome to bring someone with you. Let the clinic know in advance about access or communication needs.
